Asset Owner

Asset Owners are the one who wants to establish a new green energy generating plant or an energy storage system by means of crowdfunding or the one who has an energy asset and wants to refinance to obtain liquidity.
OLI Marketplace makes it possible by introducing these energy assets and selling them in terms of fractions to the small scale investors or to the local community members.
An asset can be a roof-mounted PV system, a solar park, a wind power plant, or a battery storage system which has a lifetime during which the fractional investors can obtain returns to compensate for their investment.
